WASHINGTON, D.C.–Fully embracing his super villain persona these days, Rep. Matt Gaetz sparked fury with his numerous comments this past weekend at the Turning Point USA Student Action Summit. Speaking on a wide range of topics, including eliminating the age of consent and creating an American flag household quota, Gaetz made headlines with his thoughts on abortion rights protesters. After attacking the appearance of abortion rally attendees for some time, Matt was compelled to open up more candidly about what being pro-life means to him.

“I’m pro-life because I’m pro-MILF. Are you scared of earthquakes? Do you fear home intruders? You’re afraid of bigfoot? Well, how about a MILF shortage? That’s what they want,” Gaetz announced to a stunned audience. It soon became clear that the term “MILF” only exists in Matt’s vocabulary in the context of teenage pregnancy. “If none of our teenagers have children anymore, then suddenly we don’t have any MILFs. I don’t want to live in a world without MILFs, but liberals do. That’s the main reason they want abortions.”

Following his speech, Gaetz was pressed for further clarification on his thoughts regarding the potential MILF shortage. In particular, his belief that MILFs will be eradicated if we don’t preserve teenage pregnancy was called into question. “Some people will tell you that women in their twenties or thirties or even old farts in their forties and fifties can be MILFs. That is a myth. They are too old to be MILFs. That’s a simple fact. I have never been attracted to any woman older than 19, and nobody should be,” Gaetz confidently asserted. “To support abortion is to hate MILFs. I love MILFs. That’s why I’m pro-life. That’s why I support eliminating the age of consent.”
